Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and advice to senior management
  • Draft and review standard template of legal documents, forms, and agreements
  • Coordinate with other companies on all legal matters and contracts
  • Identify legal issues that require follow-up or investigation, and review documentation
  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Develop and maintain legal documents (declarations, contracts, agreement, etc.)
  • Review legal documents (declarations, contracts, agreement, etc.)
  • Prepare all documents requested to suit or to defend the company
  • Renew all companies’ official documentation including the preparation of all the permanent and the obligatory annual minutes of meetings, all the sales contracts between the shareholders, the Articles of Incorporation, the commercial circulars, and the certificate of incorporation etc.
  • Propose legal solutions for disputes and contentions with different situations
  • Verify professional services agreement to sign contracts with other companies and clients
  • Communicate and serve as a liaison for external parties including external counsel, public authorities, and union representatives
  • Follow-up of the legal files of companies in the Lebanese Public administrations and institutions
  • Attending customer meetings and emailing them to discuss contract details over (zoom, Email, meetings, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Member of the Beirut Bar Association
  • Experience in law firm or in legal department of technology company for at least 4 years
  • Strong coordination and communication skills + multi tasked
  • Fluent in English and Arabic read and writing
  • Analytical, critical, and logical thinking
